About the Author

Doug Frankfather, BSEd. NREMT-P

Doug is a retired firefighter and nationally registered paramedic with more than two decades of pre-hospital emergency medicine experience, and a former EMS Program Director. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with a concentration in Exercise Science.

He founded Over50Strong.net after a pattern he saw in the field: the patients who aged best were the ones who never stopped challenging themselves — physically, financially, and mentally. Over50Strong exists to give every adult over 50 the same clinical evidence and tactical tools, in plain language.
